Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At xuebn, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned with all accessories, components, manuals (if applicable), and original packaging whenever possible.
Items that have been used, assembled, altered, damaged through improper handling, or returned with missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return

Your order number
The name of the item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send products back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, no longer need the item, or entered an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our mistake, such as:
You received the wrong item;
The product arrived damaged during shipping;
The item is defective upon arrival;
we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution, such as a replacement or full refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If your return does not meet the conditions of this policy, we may issue a partial refund or decline the refund request.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you need a replacement, please contact us within 30 days after delivery. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of both the product and its packaging.
Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:
Clearance or final sale items
Personalized or customized products
Gift cards
Items that have been used, assembled, modified, or intentionally damaged by the customer
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with this policy.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with family members, neighbors, or your local carrier.
If you still cannot find your package, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
International Orders
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
