Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business daysafter payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States:7–15 business days
Canada:8–18 business days
Europe:7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand:8–18 business days
Other International Destinations:10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted domestic and international shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Depending on your delivery location, your order may be shipped via carriers such as USPS, FedEx, EMS, YunExpress, or other local delivery partners.

The carrier used for your shipment will be selected based on the destination, package size, and the fastest available shipping service.


Shipping Fees

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts).

For orders below $100, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 will be charged at checkout.

Shipping fees are displayed before payment is completed. Any promotional free shipping offers will override the standard shipping rates during the promotion period.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow 24–72 hoursfor tracking information to become active after your package has been dispatched.


Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Sale@xuebn.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is shipped.


Multiple Packages

Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, and they may arrive on different days.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

Severe weather
Customs inspections
Peak holiday seasons
Carrier operational delays
Other unforeseen circumstances

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their local customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 daysof delivery and include photos of both the product and the packaging.

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you in finding the best possible solution.
